Liquid Liabilities was founded with a straightforward belief: homeowners facing difficult property situations deserve professional guidance, honest communication, and real options — not pressure tactics and lowball offers.
My background is in building systems that put the client first. I started this company because I saw how often distressed homeowners were approached by buyers with one goal — acquiring the property for as little as possible. That is not what Liquid Liabilities is.
We built this as a process-driven company. Every conversation follows a structure. Every recommendation is documented. Every referral is to a professional we trust. If we cannot help you directly, we will find someone who can.
